For the first time since Covid, the Peak View Pioneers PTO is pleased to announce the return of HarvestFest. We are excited to introduce this family friendly, fun seasonal event to students who have not yet been able to experience it; and to those who have missed it!
What is HarvestFest? HarvestFest is a community event sponsored by the Parent Teacher Organization of PKVES, for the students of Peak View Elementary; HF also acts as a fundraiser to fund the working budget of the PTO. Entry to the event is free; however, tickets are needed to participate in most activities and are available for purchase.
Ticket Sales: Again, entry to the event is free. Students and families can participate in the fun without purchasing anything. However, most games and activities do require tickets. Fliers regarding ticket sales are coming home in student folders, and information will be shared on the Sunday office newsletter as well as on PTO social media and website.
How much do tickets cost? Pre-sale tickets are 4 for $1. We recommend a substantial chunk of tickets, as they are required to participate in games and raffles. Tickets will also be sold at the door, 3 for $1. .
What if I cannot afford tickets? We want all families to be included in this event. If purchasing tickets is an issue, please let your child's teacher know. Also, if there are any families who are interested in purchasing extra tickets for charitable purposes, please contact the PTO.
